Each year we assign all 8000 users in our system to an annual training program, and each year those users do NOT get enrolled into the courses in the program.
Program is open an active in the enrollment methods on each course. Can you tell me what we can look for that might be causing the enrollment not to trigger, or fail? All our users have "view course without participation" because most other enrollments are drive by seminar direct enrollment -- meaning that the user have to have permission to see the seminar activity, which means we must allow view course without participation.
So the end result is that users see the course activities and think they're going through the course, when really they aren't enrolled and not getting credit. Please -- I need some advice on what to look for with these program enrollments.
