Hi everyone,
Do you know if there is a way to email users that are enrolled to a courses, not just send them a message on site?
From participants section of the courses I see option to select users and message them, but unlike on notifications page for programs, I don't see option to choose/force method of delivery.
I would appreciate your advise.

It is possible to send an bulk messages to selected users selected with Bulk user actions
This requires instant messaging to be enabled and the user's message preference to be set to include email channel
The default message outputs can be set for the email column to locked to force the message to be received by email - this will apply to all personal messages so might not be a good idea to lock this.
