Sound not working in MS Teams

When I play a video via Totara in a Teams Meeting other people can't hear the sound - even though I'm sharing the sound on the Teams share option.

Does anyone have any idea why this may be please?

Yes, I've tried that and have the share audio button on. It's only sound from Totara that won't share, all other applications are fine.
