I have been having issue recently that some of our staff are not filling in the attendence for courses that they run.
At the moment I run a report and forward it to make sure they all fill in there attendence.
But I was hoping for an automatic notification that could be sent out eg a day later if the seminar attendence has not been filled in.
I couldnt find if this was possible. or if I i simpley condundt find it.
Any help would be Helpfull

I looked at the seminar notifications and the status of not having attendance not marked is not included.
However in Totara 16 with the new notification system there is a n option to select not set for attendance

I saw that but I could only get it to notify the learner, manager or myself.
Not quite what I was hoping for .
I was hoping for somthing that notified the course Tutor

That's right there isn't trainer In the Recipient selection but there is a third party email - so if you add the trainer as a third party address for the event then they would receive this.
