Hey Team

I am trying to change the email notification dates for face-to-face training events/Seminars. Is there a way to have the event send out the invite 1 month before and then a reminder 1 week before the training course?

Also, email notifications come in the form of ical invites for attendees. Can this also be set for Supervisors/Managers so they also receive the calendar invite? Now it’s by email notification only.

Hi Adam

It is possible to schedule seminar notifications to be triggered before or after an event happening occurring .

There is also a manager copy box and manager copy prefix where this message is also sent to the manager.

With regards to the manager's email. Can this be changed to a calendar invite, same as the seminar attendee?

Hi Adam

Theoretically the managers email is a copy of the learners email so should contain the same information including the calendar invite.

Thank you! When we had our LMS set up, the provider set it so Learners get a calendar invite and the Supervisor gets a email notification only. Do you know of a way to change that so it's a duplicate of both? What you had in your message makes sense however, for our Organisation for some reason it was set up differently.
