How to display certificates of team members for managers?

Hi all,

does anybody have a solution/plugin/suggestion for certificates so that managers can view issued certificates for their team (only certificates of their team members)?

Hi Eva,

Yes it is possible.

We have already customized an open source moodle block to support this requirement. This block needs to be added to both Learners and Managers' dashboard.

Learner logins

- He will see list of courses and an option to download already received certificates

- Option to download certificate individually as well as all certificates at once as a zip file

Manager logins

- will see drobdown to choose the learner

- based on the learner selection, all the learner's completed certificates will be displayed

- Option to download certificate individually as well as all certificates at once as a zip file

Is it possible to do this with private files block ?

We use this to get learners to upload certificates from external providers.

unfortunately we have not found a way for managers to be able to view team members certificates uploaded in this way.

It requires custom development.

There is no direct plugin/blocks avaialble.
