Hello, I'm checking some release details and I'm trying to find what's new on Totara 13 (and up) regarding audio transcript files

I found this, but I couldn't found more details

 TL-28053       Added support for audio transcript file and video caption file

If I understand well, we can add subtitles and transcripts to videos that we add using the enriched text editor..  but this is possible with T12 too.. so what's the improvement?
