Within our company we are working on certification. Our situation is a bit different from regular certification programs, because we don't know in advance when recertification is needed. My question is: can you use certification when you don't know when new information (recertification) is available? And how does this work?

There are several scenarios described for certifications.
If the recertfication date is based on the completion date then if one of the courses in the primary certification is not completed until the recertification path is available then this should mean the recertfication path is not available until the primary path is completed.
