I was wondering if I could get some advice.
I am creating a course and I would like, when someone enrolls themself onto it, it blocks out the whole day rather than just at the top. Is there any way of doing this.
I have included an image below of how the course saves in the diary at the moment, but I would like it to block the day out if possible?

Is this a screenshot of the calendar in Totara or an external calendar?
Are you wanting the 10- 16:00 seminar to hide the other events such as lunch? I don't think you can prioritise one calendar event over another one.

This is a screenshot of an Outlook Calendar, yes, I would like the event to block out the whole day of that is possible?

I am not too familiar with Outlook calendar options - In google calendar there is option to include more than one calendar into your calendar - both events from different calendars show at same time but you can turn one calendar off so you only vie the one with the seminar event included.
