The standard quiz statistics report offers 

• Discrimination index which shows whether learners who scored highly overall on the quiz did well on this particular question (i.e. the correlation between the question score and overall quiz score). 
• Discriminative efficiency which estimates the relationship between the difficulty of the question and the discrimination index.

There is also a third party plugin CBM grade summary that analyses the quiz activity and provides CBM analysis
