We have a manger that wants to see learning records of their direct reports and staff that sit below her reports (in-direct reports). It's not something we want to turn on for everyone so I wondering if there is a way that I can allow it for an individual?
Any thoughts or workarounds would be great :)
Hi Jen, Have you thought about building a report which only that manager sees? In the content tab of reports you can select "Show by user" then select "Records for direct report and "Records for indirect reports".
You could duplicate the embedded report for Team members and then amend that for the manager.
