Hello! I see there is a setting to save past chat sessions and allow "everyone" to view vs the trainer. Is this same function available for forum threads? Can we report on, save forum discussions for future reference? If so, how? Please? Thanks!

Hi Barbara
Unless the course , forum activity or forum post is deleted then the post will still be there.
You can add a Search forums block which includes an advanced search so everyone with access to the forum can find the content.
