Hi! With an HRIS system integration, if a user is terminated from the company, is there any way to retain their records while suspending their login? For example, if we have a layoff and terminations are issued, we may need to provide learning transcripts to affected employees. We are planing to do a Workday HRIS integration, and wondering how we can prevent users from being deleted along with all their data upon termination in workday?

The solution depends on what level of integration is required and what version and experience your development team or partner have.
