Can anyone help, as in has anyone done this before?
We have a client using Totara V12 and the Appraisal feature within that.
The client can run the Appraisal Details report (they have a lot of appraisals), which works fine, and manually export that report in CSV, which also works fine. However if they try and run a Scheduled Report, the content of the CSV report is completely different from the one you see on screen or the one you export - it is in effect the Appraisal Summary report.
We've tried on multiple instances of V12 with Appraisals, and get the same problem. Totara too can repeat the issue.
Totara have said this isn't a bug (it just doesn't work - and upgrading to Perform isn't scheduled for them until later this year), so I was wondering whether anyone has any workarounds with getting automated Appraisal Detail reports? The alternative is for the client to manually run 30+ reports every 24 hours and manually export them - understandably they are less than keen to do that!
