Hello I have a question regarding a capability that I can't find, can't anyone give me a hint? thanks!

It would actually make sense for several of internal users to have a role where they can see courses which do not have an audience allocated to them but they do not have full admin rights (or even any admin rights). This is for course authors and QA editors so courses can be checked before an audience is then applied.

Hello!

I'm unsure if there is a specific capability that allows ignoring audience visibility settings.

There's moodle/course:view which allows viewing courses without participation. Perhaps if those users have a role with that capability and have access to a report which lists the courses with no audience, this will work?

Hi Emiliano

You might be able to do it this way.

Set up a site-wide role with the permissions you require. In our system Non-Editing Trainer might be what you want.

Then apply the role at the relevant category level. and then add the people to the role at that category. In the attached image we want two people to have editing rights in the courses inside this category. I think this method is considered 'old fashioned' but it works for us. The roles that can be assigned at the Category level are set in the Permissions at the site level.
