We have been facing certification administration issues. For many reasons we have to update/ reset this certification using the site admin access as it gets requested by our staff.

Lets say the certification is name Ted Stocking (seminar course), although the certification Ted Stocking is done annually, many users get booked in the ted stockings seminar before they are in their recertification period and hence their last seminar completion record does not update the course or the certification. This leads them to raise it with us - then our site admin goes at the back end and update the certification cycle and course date

As you know that only site admins get access to certifications which increases our workload and also puts data in jeopardy by manually intervening in the certification multiple times in a single certification cycle for the user.

How can we enable our Editing Trainers to reset these course that are certifications as well on their level without giving them the access to the backend of the certification?
