Hi Catherine
the seal file should be JPEG or PNG format and 80 x 80 pix and uploaded to the Seal location
Once this is uploaded if you go into the Certificate activity in the course and select Design options Seal or logo Image and select the image you uploaded this should display unless the watermark image has some transparency issue.
