Hello,

We have 240 team members who show expired on a certification which is to be completed by every team member every 6 months. Without asking each one of them to request an extension (then hope their manager will take the time to approve), how can I get all of these team members out of expired status?

Many of them have completed the course which is part of the certification & recert path so they show as being 100% on course, yet overdue on certification. I'd love to know how to fix this, then how to set up the certification so that in the future we can set up properly so that so many do not have their renewal expire. Thank you!
