Scheduled report - Can we edit the time sent?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone have a work around to edit scheduled reports that defaults to go out at 12am to a more respectable time e.g. 8am? I know I can edit the report time if it is set to daily but these reports are meant to go out monthly.  I saw in the forums that others have brought up this issue in the past but there wasn't a solution: https://totara.community/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=18700 

We have managers that are on call over night and will have their phone on. I wouldn't want them to receive a notification for a scheduled report at that time if we can help it. Thanks in advanced.

Hi Winnie

If you change the hour to the time required before you change to monthly then this should run monthly at the time selected.

Hi Craig,

Thanks, I had tried that but as soon as I save and return to the Schedule Reports screen, it defaults back to 12:00 AM so doesn't seem to hold.

What version of Totara are you using and what role are you assigned to?

Hi Craig,

I am a Site Admin and we are using TL15.

In order to change the time, I have to change the option from Monthly to Daily first, then the time dropdown turns white and I can edit it. I then change it back to Monthly and save.

The Scheduled report screen shows it defaulting back to 12:00AM.
