My company has had Totara LMS for about two years. Our partner is having difficulty meeting our needs for routine support for our clients and I'm wondering if it's possible to switch to a partner who is more able to meet our needs.
If this is possible, please advise, and if anyone would like to recommend their partner, that would be great.

It is possible to change partners - there currently 76 Partners to choose from
I don't think this is the right place to be recommending partners as this depends on your needs, location and is pretty subjective
