Currently, we can create aggregated columns (for example, counting the number of people in a particular department), and we can filter based on a record's value (for example, by which departments to include in the report), but we can't filter based on the value of an aggregated column (for example, only showing results where less than 2 people are in a department).

Appreciate, it might need a pretty big look at how reportbuilder works (so aggregated columns appear as separate items in the field list for filters), but wanted to float it as an idea because there are several applications where it would be really useful (mostly around showing where there are more people in a particular group than should be possible).
