Hello everyone,
I have assigned a certification to a cohort using audiences.
We noticed some exceptions due to a course that was duplicated on a 2nd certification. We resolved this issue.
Now all users are assigned and confirmed in certification reports. However when I login as a learner, some have not been assigned the certification and it is not displayed in their record of learning / required learning
Can anyone advise on what the problem may be?

Are they showing in the exception report on the certification?

They were showing in the exceptions report and as a result we took action to remove the conflicting certifications from their record of learning by unassigning them .
We then cleared down the exception report so none are showing now.
Do we need to take any further action ?

The fix exception action Do not assign still assigns the user to the certification so the completion record will appear in Record of Learning. They must be removed via the program assignment method used.
I am not sure of why this happens - the do not assign should be interpreted as don't assign to the exception report

To clarify, we DO want to assign all users in the cohort the certification in question.
The users appear in the audience.
The users appear in reports as assigned (which is want we want)
However when we login as, the certification does not appear in some (not all) of the learners record of learning.
The ones that don't have it in their record of learning are the ones that were previously appearing in the exception report before we resolved the issue.
Any further thoughts?
