I’m hoping someone can clarify if it’s possible to relocate an employee from one event to another without needing to cancel and re-register them for the new event. We’re looking to make this process more seamless for employees who might need to switch between events.
Additionally, is there a way to reset a cancellation so that if an employee changes their mind after cancelling, they don't have to go through the entire registration process again?
Any insights or tips would be greatly appreciated!
