Does anyone have a way to remove 'not assigned' courses, Certifications, & Programs from a User's ROL after a User's assignment is removed? These are still appearing on their ROLs as not assigned. Thanks.

Hi Natalie
When a user is assigned to a course they are enrolled in the course/program and a course/program completion record is created. The record of learning shows all learning transactions such as enrolment and completions so even if unenrolled the record of the enrolment is kept and displayed.
it is possible to delete the records manually through the course completion editor or program completion editor
If the users have been accidentally assigned and the unassigned then there is a tool for deleting bulk completion records of users who haven't started the course

Is the editor only available in v13 -v17? We will be switching to v16 soon, but right now we are using v12.

The course completion editor is available in v12 under Course admin > Completion editor
The program completion editor needs to be enabled in V12 under Advanced features menu

Our completion editor is enabled. We have modified individual records at the course level, but not actually deleted. We will try that. Thanks Craig.
