Hi! We are seeing an issue with global facilitators who are enrolled in a Program, but once they click the "enroll" button, they are not actually getting enrolled as a learner into the course. Is there a setting that may have been turned off that could be causing this? We have reviewed the permissions line by line, but can't find it.
