Hello Everyone,

I'm currently working on enhancing the user experience for our online courses and LMS. I wanted to check if anyone has experience or suggestions on integrating a "Reporting" button or feature? The goal is to provide learners with an easy way to report any course functionality issues or LMS login problems they might encounter.

Any guidance, tools, or best practices you've used would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Sharon,

Great question! Have you considered using a global feedback activity for this? You can set up a feedback activity on the front page, then link to it from a block on any other page, or even add it as a link in the top nav.

We use global feedback for our Academy courses here in the Community, and have a Behind the scenes video on how to set this up which is part of our Feedback and choice course. It's a slightly different use case but it might meet your needs?

Interested to see if anyone else has any suggestions for this too!
