The system recently sent blank reminders to certain managers whose staff members have outstanding mandatory training modules. We've implemented course-level notifications to remind learners about completing their remaining modules. These notifications include three stages: the first and second notifications are directed towards the learners and are scheduled four days apart. The third notification is meant for their managers, set to be sent seven days after the second reminder, in case the learners haven't responded. While these three notifications are functioning as intended, an issue arose yesterday where some managers received a fourth reminder. This fourth reminder lacks any specific names but emphasizes the need for action, as their respective staff members have yet to complete the module.
My assumption is that the fourth notification might have been triggered by a lingering legacy notification that remained active following the version 16 upgrade we conducted two months ago. If we were to deactivate this legacy notification, do you believe the occurrence of the fourth (blank) notification would cease? If anyone has insights into the reasons behind these occurrences, I would greatly appreciate the input.
