Hi all, this is a silly question but I am stuck! We have course booklets that we want to email out with our reminders to seminars. Would this be best done as a course asset or as a URL embedded in the reminder?

Inserting a link that points to a file in the seminar notification will mean that the user has to login to Totara to view the file. if you don't want this then storing the file in a URL that is publicly available would be better.
