Hi there, our vendor has noticed a substantial increase in course completions far in excess of the actual completions that we report on against courses. What I can see in the site logs is the task \totara_core\event\module_completion and the event Activity completion is running constantly, to the point that if someone completes 1 SCORM file this could appear over 10 times after that. This looks to be the reason they are seeing a substantial increase in site activity which is also causing performance issues, has anyone seen anything like this before?
As an example, I can report 700k of these events in the site logs to only 200k actual course completions.
