Hi, we have hundreds of staff with two active accounts as they have two active roles at one site. The issue is with the mandatory courses, that the staff has to do in both accounts - some are same and hence the staff does not need to do it again in their second account. We are having to mark rpls on their second account manually. Which is tedious every month. How can we identify these users who have done courses A in their Account 1 and mark them complete in their account 2 automatically?

I am not sure how this can be automated - if the users have something that identifies them as same user such as same name and birth date
A course completion upload can be created for the duplicate user but automating the selection by role is difficult as this isn't an audience rule available.
