I think this has probably been discussed before, but I cannot find anything using the search.

We have some policies which are included in our learning that we require our learners to read, we would like something a bit more definite than just the activity being completed when they have viewed the document. What would be the best way of getting them to acknowledge a statement that they have read it or something like that, some sort of read and sign process?
