I have to create a set audience consisting of 100+ learners and I was wondering if I can bulk upload them via CSV?
If yes, does anyone have a lead as to where I can find the CSV template to upload audience members in bulk?

It is possible through the upload users to add the cohort column with the audience id in it this should look something like AUD0001. You can use the update existing users setting
Alternatively you can use bulk user actions to add filtered users users to an audience
