Hi

Each year we have a large number of returning users (in the 1000s) and wondered if there was anyway to have their login details (user name and passwords) sent to them when their account is reactivated. Our returning users have used the forgotten password link before but for most there is a long delay or it does not come through at all so looking to improve the experience. Any advice would be welcomed.

Hi Claire

The problem here seems to be the receiving email server is blocking the email for some reason so retriggering the email won't solve the issue.

Sometimes this can be noreply email needs to be same domain or domain name is not authenticated with the email sender correctly.

The protocols for email authentication include DMARC, DKIM, and SPF and there are tools to help check if these are valid
