Configurable option for an additional verification step for evidence that has been added to the evidence bank.
Create an evidence form that has an option for verification by the user's manager/admin/temporary manager/assessor/or other defined user or group of users
Scenario:
User uploads a certificate in the evidence bank
Evidence verifier receives notification that the certificate has been uploaded (eg the user's manager/admin/temporary manager/assessor/or other defined user or group of users)
The notification includes a link to allow the verifier to navigate to the evidence item and verify
Once the evidence item has been verified the 'Verified' flag is attached to the record
Whilst the evidence bank allows for users to upload items, there may be times that the wrong attachment has been uploaded or perhaps incorrect details have been added.
Having an additional verification step would allow for nominated people to check and confirm that the evidence is genuine, correct, up to date etc.
This is particularly important for licenses, specific qualifications like First Aid or other industry specific certificates.
