Hi all, we're looking to utilise QR codes to encourage attendance capture for a seminar session. The user scans the QR code and it takes them straight to the sign up page (after they have logged in of course).

The session starts at 9am, but as with all things we expect a few stragglers to arrive just after 9am. The challenge is that once a session starts, a user can't sign up. Our workaround is to have the session listed as starting at 10am in Totara, even though it starts at 9am, and changing the time afterwards.

Is there a better solution, or is it possible to add to the roadmap the ability to allow sign ups after a seminar event begins? There's the 'Sign-up Closes' option, but that doesn't allow the value to beafter a session begins.
