We have a learner who was a "no show" on an event but now can't book on a new event whatever boxes we tick on the booking workflow (no boxes ticked, ticking the "no show" not ticking "no show") . We've done a workaround of increasing the number of times a user can book. But there must be a way of making this work? Has anyone else found this?

Hi Petra

If a user has booked an session and had attendance marked even if no Show then this counts as a booking (a lot of places still charge if you don't cancel) You either need to allow multiple bookings or cancel the booking of the user so they can book again.
