One of my users cannot access the homepage dashboard. She is in the audience that can access this dashboard but she cannot.

Does anyone know what is causing this?

We are using Totara V16

Does the URL she is trying to access contain the word layout, e.g. layout.php?id=17

This is the URL for editing the dashboard. Learners accessing the dashboard should have a URL which contains index instead e.g. index.php?id=17
