A learner cancelled their registration in an upcoming seminar event but then attended anyway. We attempted to re-add them as an attendee to the same event however they do not appear in the search results. The learner is enrolled in the course and not registered as an attendee for any other session. Has anyone expereinced this and have a solution?

Hi Sarah,
Can you update the attendance at the 'activity' level for that user, marking them complete for the corresponding session in 'criteria and activities'?

Thank you Linda. We had thought of that but actually need to run attendance reports for specific dates. It is important that the learner is an attendee in the session.
