Hi me again! Is there a way to bulk unenrol learners from a course? I tried using the enrolstatus field in User Upload but looking to fully unenrol rather than suspend.

If the users were enrolled through an audience then you could delete the course from the audience and all audience members would be unenrolled.
If the users are manually enrolled then you could use the upload users and add the field enrolment period to 0 for the required users
