Hey,
We want to offer external training courses on Totara. We would offer these as seminars.
The employee can register here if they are interested. But only someone of our HR department can enrol them in the external training.
The question:
How would you set this up in Totara. So that the employees can register for external trainings on Totara. When they register, someone of HR gets a mail, so they can take action and do what is necessary to enrol them for the external training with the external partner.
This should be an obvious fix, but i don't find a logic way of working in Totara.
Hope someone can help me out.

External seminar
Hi Ian
There are different seminar approval options including two -stage approval where approvers can be selected for the seminar event and approvers will be sent notification with a link to approve the seminar. This can be the nominated approver and/or the users manager.
