We use seminars with "clear expired waitlist" setting enabled so that the learners are not prevented from rebooking for another session.
Is it possible to get some kind of report on those expired waitlists? I understand that we can get a report on the current waitlists, but how can we know exactly who was in the waitlist right before it was cleared?

There is a report seminar signups that has a filter by signup status which includes the value of 'On waitlist'
Once the waitlist has been cleared then the status would change so not able to filtered once cleared
One possibility is to create a scheduled report with the On waitlist value as saved search and trigger the report day the seminar waitlist expires..
