The content of the notes if not available in any reports - I checked the site logs and the event Note created with the type of note who created the note is stored but not the content of the note.

The user report doesn't include this or the course logs.

A workaround would be to create a custom user profile field to capture this with restricted visibility . This field would be automatically added to the User report source
