We've recently been asked by a part of the business if they can split off their compliance from the rest of the business.

They would still share some of the courses, but they would have different due dates and extra courses too.

This is tricky because the program has been running for some time.

I've used or test site to run a test updating the assignment on the original program from an All audience to an updated audience of All excluding everyone from the other part of the business.

The people in the other part of the business who had completed the program still have it appear on their dashboard on a report which uses the ROL program source.

There doesn't appear to be a filter I can use on that report to exclude that original program.

I can manually go in and remove that record for everyone affected (about 200), but I'd rather not as it is:

• admin heavy

• screws with data integrity

The other option is to advise those affected to ignore the original program as it no longer applies to them

Anyone else have any other ideas?
