In our T17 platform, we have set up competencies. For example:

Work at Heights on Stands and Ladders - an employee needs to complete a course on the LMS and a prac assessment to gain this competency.

The competencies show under the staff members "Record of Learning - Competencies".

In our previous version of Totara - only those competencies that the staff member had achieved showed on their "Record of Learning - Competencies".

In T17 it shows competencies that "No Value achieved" (see attachment.

How can I make our Record of Learning reports to only show "Competent" Competencies?
