Hello we are facing an issue with the mobile app on android v14 phone. Mobile app worked a few days ago with the same parameters.

  • In Totara the auth method is "mobile browser" (we can't use other type of auth due to IT policy)

  • In the mobile app we have to auth using our browser. It is correct

  • Once logged using the browser we got this right message "would you like to switch to the mobile app"

  • When clicking on Go to mobile app we are redirected to the Totara mobile app page in the Google Store

  • and so on, it's an endless loop 🙂

same issue with Iphone IOS 17.6.1 with Totara app 2.0.1 (106)

Hi Laurent

I tried changing the Type of login to Mobile browser in latest 18 and logging in with mobile app and was prompted You need to login through a mobile browser and a button 'Yes go to browser' shows and clicking this took me to the login page.

What is the url that is showing when the button is clicked?

Are you able to ask your partner to create a support ticket with the detailed steps and setup.

Thanks Craig support ticket exists on our partner. I sent a video too
