I was talking to a potential client yesterday, and one of the pain points that they have when doing compliance training is the following:

The potential client needed a way to ensure that when the employees are doing the compliance training, it is the actual person during the training course.  In their existing platform, every once in a while during the online course, a window would pop up on their computer asking them to check their mobile, as an OTP was sent via SMS to their mobiles.  The employees would need to enter this OTP into the window on their computer to continue the compliance course.

The potential client asked if there are any features in Totara that ensures the person sitting in front of the computer doing the compliance course, is the intended person.  They do not like the current OTP method.

Is there anyone who know of a solution for the pain point above?
