Hi, we currently have mandatory courses/certifications set up for completion on an annual basis.
Whilst learners can still access the content and review ad-hoc, the date does not record. We have some instances where we would like to re-set/force repeat certifications in the same year. For example, a learner may have a training need identified and be asked to re-complete the course. If this happens, we would like a way to record the date.
Has anyone come across anything similar? is there a way to force system repeat certification? Thank you in advance for any assistance.
