We have quite a few online modules that as admins we would like to keep track of when they were last updated and review the content on a yearly basis. Can any one think of a way we can create a report, or a notification that will trigger something? At the moment we are manually using a spreadsheet but wondering if the system has something more to offer.

I use scheduled reports and a custom field on the course. Create the custom field and make it mandatory if you want. On the Course report source, add the custom fields to the filters and save this search.Below I've used the last 365 days. You can then schedule the report to go to you email as often as you want.
