Know it's not already available, but is anyone aware if there are plans for for Notifications Triggers being created/made available for Attendance marking in Seminars? e.g. Attendance marked as 'No Show' triggers notification to Learner and their Line-Manager.

It doesn't look like there is a feature request around notifications for seminar attendance
There is link in the Totara community site under Collaborate > Roadmap and Feature requests where you can search for feature requests and add new ones.
