Hi all,
I have an old competency framework that I don't want to delete, but i also don't want people pulling through into reviews and assessing against those competencies.
I've clicked the eye on individual competencies and the framework but they are still visible to users. Any idea how I can hide them or do I need to delete the framework and all of the previous assessments to do so?
I really just want to archive them.

The way competencies work depend on what version you have - if you are using a newish version you can assign competencies to groups of users.
Hiding the competency will prevent the competency being selected for assignment.
For already assigned competency it is possible to archive or delete the assignment in bulk

Thank you for replying.
I have 2 frameworks, one has been replaced but I don't want to delete it as it contains data. The other is current but attached to a course. When the course is complete the competency is achieved. I don't want people to be able to pull either set of competencies through to their 121s to self assess and they currently can. I only want them to be able to pull through their 2025 competencies. We are on V17.
I thought I'd be able to hide them both by clicking the eye icon but they are still visible.
I need to be able to report on the course one but possibly archive the other?

The competencies that are available for selection on a performance activity 1 to 1 are the assigned competencies. If a competency is hidden then already assigned competencies will remain but a user will not be able to select a competency that is hidden in the new performance activity
Are the old competencies already assigned - they can have assignments deleted if that is what you require

sorry for the delayed response.
The competencies were assigned - some have been updated but I don't want to delete the old completions.
Others are only attached to a course and I don't want them to be able to pull them through independently.
They can see all of the competencies - hidden or not when they do their 121s that regenerate after each completion.
